In this period of uncertainty, adjusting and learning about changes in our behaviour is crucial. We need to know how to be happier, how to feel less stressed, and how to flourish more. I am challenging myself by taking this 10 weeks course developed by Yale University’s Professor Laurie Santos

I start my ‘Mind your Steps in March’ challenge.

The goal is to challenge myself to walk 10,000 steps every day in March, at the same time raise money for cure leukaemia. DONATE Please do not be surprised if you see me walking everywhere in London/Birmingham for the next few weeks in an attempt to maximise my steps. Hope you had a restful weekend.
