How to become a MCT Microsoft Certified Trainer Guide

I am super excited to gain my qualification as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) in 2020.-2021

It is an honour to join the MCT club and be part of this awesome community of trainers.

Microsoft has developed the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) Program which grants membership to professional trainers and learning consultants who demonstrate and maintain technical and instructional expertise on Microsoft technologies and who have complied with all requirements.

The Criteria For Earning This Certification

• VALIDATE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
• – Maintain active MCT status by enrolling or renewing in the MCT Program on an annual basis
• – Possess a current qualifying Microsoft Certification
• – Demonstrate instructional skills

I have been approached by several industry colleagues working in The Microsoft Business Applications landscape asking me about how I had gone through the process of achieving my MCT qualification. I get these questions mostly from Dynamics 365, Azure and Power Platform Applications colleagues.
